Hello I have a customer with a Avaya partner with the pc card LG and at least once a month the same 2 extensions keep loosing access to their mailbox and I have to go in remotely and reinitilaze their password does anyone know why this would keep happening? im assuming it a bad card

Probably, unless somebody has been changing them. But before I condemned it I would default it and rebuild from scratch.

Or, the VM card is corrupted, and you need to factory default it and rebuild the mailboxes and auto attendant
