How do you program this button? I get intercom dial tone when I press it and i want to program it to dial voicemail.

With the phone idle, press FNC(Feature) + LNR + the button you want + 1 (= internal number) + voice mail pilot number + FNC (Feature).

This is the fixed Message button on the phone the Feature Redial button wont work for this button.

I think that fixed button is only functional on the IPS/IPX systems.

The system Defaulted and they tell me it use to work?
I cant seem to find any info on it.

I was at another site today and checked button data on a eight button phone and the only thing was a SIE key on button 9....
ant thoughts?

If the system defaulted it has to be reprogrammed, have you tried locating a NEC dealer in your area?

Since the system defaulted I would have the battery on the CPU replaced, most likely its bad. This can be done in the field.

Thanks for you input dans, I have reprogrammed the system, I installed the system many years ago and cant remember how to activate this feature because the system is ancient. That's why I'm on this forum trying to resolve it.The NEC dealer in my area is useless and doesn't know how to make it work either.
