We have configured our soft phone and it seems to be working properly except for one issue. The soft phone is not receiving calls from outside of the network (i.e. personal cell phone or land line) I have configured the calling party number like all of the other in-house Inter-tel phones. When ever I try to call the soft phone it just gives me dead air. Any ideas?

it sounds to me that you are using did's if so you will need to add the number in the call routing table the calling party number is the number you send out not what you receive
