Hello folks, I am not familiar with NEC, I have a customer who was trying to enable CLID. I believe he inadvertently set his line 1 to DP.
When he accesses line 1 and dials after a few digits he gets dial tone again.
I down loaded the manual and can see program 1001 is where you set the lines to DTMF or DP. My problem is this site is 2 hours away and I will not be able to get there for 2 weeks.
Does anyone have a detailed key stroke that will get him back to dialing on line 1 until I can visit the site ?
