Hi
We have an OS 7200 running MP20 v4.80. When we plug a KPDCS-12B phone into the 16DLI2 card the phone doesnt boot up neither does it when plugged into the 8COMBO2 card.
I understand they are supposed to be compatible?

The phone is compatible with MP20 v4.80 (I'm using this combination on some sites). Is any other digital phone working on this OS7200? Maybe you just need to Re-install/Reset the card in database?

Technically only V1.2+ (can bee seen on phone boot) are supposed to be compatible. With that said if the phone is good you should be at least getting version on the display when you plug it in otherwise you probably have a bad phone. I have a few sites with phones running 1.0 and others that do not but they always display version when plugged into a DLI card.
