Have a customer using CCR Tree 1 for their existing bussiness. they now are trying a second bussiness, 1 seperate nunber, call comes into CICS, gets answered by Call Pilot, uses CCR Tree 3 callers have a option to press a number and be transfered (LINKED) to different sites works great. What they are asking for is they need zero option in Tree 1, dont want zero option or stay on the line and have ring in their office on Tree 3. Can this happen, have Atnd programmed to none in Tree 3. If I change in operator to no will Tree 1 lose this zero out option. Last question, can 0 be used for repeat key on Tree 3. Thanks in advance
