I am not able to get a substantive answer from our Vendor, who claims they really can't get on from Inter-Tel, but I have trouble thinking that No One available to me, so far, seems to be able to provide any listing of or guidence on WHICH Microsoft Systems Updates are allowable and/or which should be avoided.
Running Axxess 9.125 and 10.004c w/ 9.120 VMP (Windows 2000 Pro).
Does anyone here have any pointers?

do not load ie 7 i hav not had issues with anything else

I update all servers w/ all the latest Windows Updates except IE 7. I don't use IE 7 because some Inter-Tel web servers don't play nice w/ IE 7.
Client machines using Unified Messaging are a different matter.
