YES! The X16 can forward offsite either by using a second line or using the three-way calling feature of the line called. See page 28 at https://goo.gl/vadvrC for details. That's a link to the X16 manual and will answer "from the horse's mouth."
Why do I have to press one for English when they're just going to transfer me to someone I can't understand anyway?
