I found a software card online. NT5B78DE is the part number, ver 2.1. Is this what i need? Thanks

I powered down the v/m and put new s/w card in and no change. I tried F903 and F983. Both say inactive feature. I shorted the memory cap also. No luck. Any ideas? Thanks.

Be sure to wait about 20 minutes. Did you go through the "Inactive Feature" procedure? Details are in the Installer manual.
