Have an XTS feat pkg 3, LCR is enabled. One of the 8 button phones could not make an outbound call. Went and checked programming,reprogrammed station COS for 1, unrestricted. Still could not make outbound. Phone had a pool key,did not work. Reprogrammed pool key and now if you hit it, you get dial tone but have to dial 9 to make a call. Other phones have an "LCR" key, not sure what this is. Is there a way to get the system to eat the 9 so they can call right out? This seems to be the only phone that has this issue. Thanks

The LCR Key (800) just activates LCR to start dialing. You can program the key on that 8 btn phone through admin. It would be BB + 4 + 800
9 is what usually activates LCR. I think changing the button from a pool button to a LCR key will get you what you want.

Forced LCR is activated, that is why a pool key still needs a nine. Also you can't make an outside line without a loop key if there are no
line appearance keys.

Lcr key is just what I am looking for. Can I do this in flash 51 flex button programming? If so what's the process or I make the key a user option key what is the code for it? Thanks

If you just put a loop key and an LCR key on the phone, with off-hook preference to the LCR key, then the user can dial any outside number without dialing 9 by just going off hook first.

Assuming the button I am using is programmed as a 0 for user input. No one seems to know, spoke to a buddy who worked for Vodavi as an engineer, he could not come up with it. Thanks

Thanks Yes in FL51 under that station button programming it would be BB(Button number) + 4 + 800
