Have a customer asking if there is a way to see C.I.D info on an incoming call when he is already on a call. Its a DXP with 17B, they have PRI.

If I remember correctly the CID on secondary calls and networking didn't work correctly until 17F.

Thats what I was afraid of. I don't think I want to do a software upgrade on this system, especially since its a police dept. Thanks
