I have a customer with an NCP500 w/PRI that is getting probed a few times a day on their main number. They get invalid 4,5,6 and 7 digit numbers as the incoming CID, stuff like 1004, 7001, 20001, 2000000, etc. When this happens, all the lines lite up at once and they have to answer(silence, nothing there) and hangup each one to clear it. I've already turned on the reorder tone for unused DID numbers, but that doesn't stop calls to main DID. I can't seem to find a CID block table in the programming to stop this. I can do this readily on a Samsung switch. Anyone know if the Panasonic can?

We have customers with exactly this problem and have supplied a product called Control Phreak (from www.callista.net) which stops this from happening. It is a certified product with the Panasonic NCP. One customer it was happening to every 10 to 15 seconds which was driving them crazy and was a real issue for them.
