I have a customer with an NCP500 w/PRI that is getting probed a few times a day on their main number. They get invalid 4,5,6 and 7 digit numbers as the incoming CID, stuff like 1004, 7001, 20001, 2000000, etc. When this happens, all the lines lite up at once and they have to answer(silence, nothing there) and hangup each one to clear it. I've already turned on the reorder tone for unused DID numbers, but that doesn't stop calls to main DID. I can't seem to find a CID block table in the programming to stop this. I can do this readily on a Samsung switch. Anyone know if the Panasonic can?
