Generally when a customer would ask about a good voip line provider, I would just direct them to the Broadvox site, then await the service call to put in the licensing and configs. Seems that Onvoy has sucked up Broadvox now, and I don't know what else works best with they typical Samsung OS7xxx series KSU. Would anyone have any suggestions? I need to get a new "go-to" for sending customers to. I start sending them to an unreliable or poor quality service and I'm likely to not hear from them again. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Check out clearfly (866) 652-7520. Ask for tom hall.
Every site we have sold with them has had 0 issues with the install and I've never been back for problems. The portal is easy to use and allows you to see status of the trunks. Plus Tech Support always answers the phone.

Herk,

I agree with GenesisComm. I also use Clearfly. The are great. Tom Hall knows what's up. He used to work for Comdial and Samsung.

Just FYI, Broadvox was bought out by Fusion. They are still in business and working. I would still recommend using another service. We use Megapath, they seem to have the best pricing and work well with OS7000 systems.
