I am trying to find the timer that controls how long a call will ring at an agent before going to the next agent. All I could see is the no answer timer but I believe that only works on circular/hunt groups, not UCD. Is that correct? I tried adjusting this timer but it did not seem to work.

I think you would adjust the UCD dnd timer, which is in pgm 191. This timer when it expires, locks out the ringing station and moves the call on to the next agent.
