Hi,
I had to recently upgrade the f/w in our IP SLA to 8.1.0 due to our IPRC similarly being upgraded to f/w 9.0.0. All works as before but we are only getting about a 75% success rate sending fax as opposed to 100% reliability before. Before I roll out the big guns and start looking for a QoS issues on our network, can you take a look at the following settings and see if they look right to you? The default G729 codec setting does work at all here in the UK for sending faxes!
Many thanks,
Andy
