I've got a customer that can't log in to their PC mail as administrator to change their AA greeting. I tried to log in remotely using the backdoor password (which I won't say here) but I get a incorrect login. I then tried every backdoor password for Partner VMs and got the same result. If someone can PM me and I will let you know the passwords I used and maybe you can suggest another option. I've used these before without a problem. Thanks.

I know i have heard that with some systems the back door password only works on site. I can't confirm it by any means but it might be worth a shot.

Haven't been onsite yet to get the release. Tried to resolve it remotely first. I'll be there tomorrow.

Do you know from trying to log in, is it Partner Mail, Partner Mail VS, Partner Messaging, or Partner Voice Messaging? Different backdoors and procedures for each....
