Does anyone know if this is possible? I need to put two different extensions on an 8500 model rather than create a phantom or did w/ voicemail,I have two employees that will be sharing a desk and both equally need their own line. Any replies ASAP would very much be appreciated! thanks-Jennifer

Build a hunt group and create a voicemail box and associate with that hunt group. Make that phone the member of the hunt group and the hunt group's recall timer to about 20 - 24 seconds, set recall destination to be voicemail. Then assign a DID to the phone and a DID to the hunt group.
