good morning, can someone give me step by step instructions on creating a UCD hunt group rather than an ACD hunt group. much appreicated. jennifer

The only difference between an ACD hunt group and a UCD hunt group is whether the hunt group is flagged as an ACD hunt group. There is a flag in the hunt group programming that says "ACD Hunt Group" If it is flagged to NO, it is a UCD hunt group.
