Hi
We have an OS 7200 with SVMi-20E, we have recorded our night mode message and configured the operator voicemail but we cannot find the MMC to assign the BRI trunks to the AA. Whether on day mode or night mode the call comes through to the group stations.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

If BRI trunks are set as DDI you do that in MMC714, if MSN then in MMC421
|
