My boss swears up and down that he never used to have to dial *, mailbox number,password to get into his voice mail, and that his old receptionist had a 'secret' way of sending him straight into his VM box when he called from an outside line.
We've tried Transfer/VM/Ext number, and Transfer/Ext #/VM.
Is there a way to do this?

She could transfer him to the Msg Retrieval app. If you call that directly, you will hear "Please Enter You Password, Then Press Pound".
