We have an IP Office 406 and also a VMPro server. I would like to be able to configure a post call survey for customers to enter post call survey information via touchtone and SAVE that information to a database (probably SQL... ). Everything I have read says i need to setup a "campaign"... but there is no instruction on HOW to do this. The campaign editor is not very helpful either with any instruction. So... IS IT possible to setup a post-call survey with our configration? If so, is there any detailed information on how this can be accomplished? I can give additional information if needed. Thanks

Campaign will do fine if you just want a series of questions answered and a message left.

You are going to need to go into the IVR functionality for this. You are going to have to ask questions with a Menu Action, then have them press a response and save the digit press into the database action....

Can you give me some information on where I can start researching how to do this? I don't really want verbal responses left as messages. I would like button press data collected and saved. So i need some instruction on where I can start. Thanks

in the Knowledgebase.

but there is no data base access as part of this. Someone will need to dial into and use the TUI to retrieve the responses, or, on Windows Voicemail Pro, use the Web Campaign component.
