i'm talking to the system remote over IP just fine but when ever i access the svmi it drops, doe any one have the correct port i need to open on the roiuter

6001 will get you access to most of the voicemail. You'll need port 21 to get access to system parameters and a few other areas.

6002 TCP is also needed. Additionally - in the 'management IP white list' 5.13.11 function, you'll want to make sure you have your remote external public IP added. If it isn't - then you will receive error messages saying 'files not found', etc.

You didn't need this on older systems, but if that program is in your system, you do need to add it.
