Hi There,
Pardon my ignorance on NEC programming as I'm only proficient and trained in Samsung systems.
I have a client with a NEC IPK Xen system and MIFM card with the IPK MAT programming software, however the software does not specify the default password, is someone able to help with a PM? I can do the FNC F5 and get the recovery, but unsure if NEC still supports this software. The password has not been changed from Default

If the password isn't the default password, then they need to go back to their maintainer/previous maintainer and request a password change to something they specify. If they won't change it or provide the password, they can actually sue as it is their system and the maintainer has no right to lock them out of their own system (many will try different justifications but they don't wash). If all else fails, NEC can break the password for a fee (which in theory you can win back from the company that won't give it to you).

FYI, the default password is common knowledge in the NEC documentation. I will however PM Adrian.

Thank guys, I had tried that but didn't use CAPS.
It is a clean install, the MIFM card was installed 6 years ago but then the client decided to get the system programmed via the handsets which has since again failed.
