CIX100 ACTU1a - 3.10 MK063 IVP8 -R1 4port DTMF Integration
IVP8 is set to only notify out of port 4
It will turn on MWI's but will not turn them off. I see port 4 go offline and dial the extension to turn it off, but the light always stays on unless I give it a #409.
Can anyone help?

Check the MW Off template in the IVP8.

Is this for everyone?
After you check the notification template, as Phonemeiser suggested, maybe you can double check to make sure port 4 is working correctly by calling it directly.
