If you are trying to get a single line port you need an SLA. It converts one digital station port into two single line ports.

I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to do. Who makes this call recorder? Also you won't find any Inter-Tel products through a distributor. You need to call a local dealer.

The easiest thing to do is probably buy a Single Line card for your system. That will give you 8 or 16 single line ports.

I am assuming that you are trying to do some sort of station level tap of audio to record it. Are you looking for some gizmo that will tap into the handset cord then go USB to the PC? Not sure what your end goal or environment is but there are a whole lot better ways to do call recording. Talk to your dealer about Oaisys Tracer, very cool system that offers station level, VoIP level and trunk side recording depending on what you are looking for. You can configure very flexible rules as to what calls are recorded and when. In addition it is very flexible in configuring permissions to access recordings via web browser. Cool product.
