Good day all
the issue I have is that the outgoing CLI is incorrect, the number appearing is a 4 digit number, I am using sip trunks to dial out ,how can I rectify this problem.

Have you put the phone number in extension settings,clip ?

what are you using,to header or to p-preferred-identity header with username, auth id or clip id in either for sending to sip provider

what are you using,to header or to p-preferred-identity header with username, auth id or clip id in either for sending to sip provider issue resolved ,it was set to header- username ,changed it to pabx-clip ,thank you for your response.
