When upgrading the 5000 BVM to EM is there any way to copy the recordings, messages and mailbox information over to the EM?

I am not aware of any way to do this. You can backup the msgs however the msg format is completely different and there is no conversion of the msgs nor the DB that I am aware of. If you had a VPU that would be a different story.
