Hi,
I have purchased a new NTP-CPU board for my NEC Aspire system and I need to backup the old card & trunk config because when I install the new board and upload the backed up configuration file the card & trunk config pages are empty so all my extensions are messed up.
What procedure do I need to take to backup and restore the old card / trunk config to the new board.

You will need the Aspire backup/restore software available to any dealer/certified NEC partner. You will need to verify the software levels on both CPU's. This will also allow you to see how your cards were initialized.
