When someone is on a call and a secondary line rings n the same phone, it rings in the handset. How do you turn this off?

Is the handset in "line" or "terminal" mode under the DKT tab?
Do you have "auto-campon to PDN" turned on as well on the extension?

Try unplugging the phone and plugging it back in.

redial volume up or down while on a call , can't remember if its up or down. One turns on and one turns off
