I have an operator hunt group, 2000 (Operator), with keyset P0000 as the only member, and No Answer Advance set to 18 seconds. Keyset P000 has 3 extensions.
I have another Hunt Group, 2001 (Operator Overflow) with Keyset P0003 as the member. Keyset P0003 has 3 other extensions.
After 18 seconds, the call is supposed to ring the members of KS-P003/HG-2001, right?
This is not happening. What do I need to turn up to make these ring?
Mondo thanks in advance. Gotten lots of help here and it's much appreciated.

I have a nearly identical setup. I use the Recall to forward the call. Set your Recall timer as you would the No Answer timer.

It's already set up that way.

What happens to the call? Does it just continue to ring the first group after the recall timer has been reached? Do you have any Cradle to Grave reporting like Contact Center Suite? Track a call to see the routing.
