HI
I need some help I have a TDE 200 in a school
They have been having cross talk issue
It is very random, and not always on the same line, hard to get them to keep proper notes to keep track of the line number
I have rebooted the system
Extension #109 seemed like it was the only user having cross talk issue
She was on the second station card
Swapped the card with the one in the 6th slot
They called and said that it was a telephone on the 5 card
How do I test the Telco?
Oh should I replace the trunk card
They have a LCOT16 and I have a spare LCOT 8 so I could replace that
The software is a few versions behind would that help?

I had the problem with a TDE600. I found it after a half year searching for the reason: the problems came with an internal conference call with minimum 3 internal digital phones. Then the people in the confernece could hear another conversion between an external and internal. The solutionwas a new Firmware, which I got directly from Japan. This issue is integrated in the last firmwares for TDE Systems. So please make an update also the DLC Cards!!!
