Last Tech Wiped the system clean then left. I have the system phones and trunks working but having problem with the voicemail not answering the lines. My copy of pcpro is corrupt and I am don't have another copy. Can you help?

It's available on the NEC NTAC site. You don't need it to program the system though. Just use WEBPRO.
