Hi,
I have a Axxess 6.0 system using DB studio and I have been trying to set DID number to forward to an outside number for a while. I know you can manually forward calls to an outside number on the phone. However, I'm not sure if its possible to program it on the software.
Any suggestion? I would like to have the ability to set a DID number to forward to a outside number when the DID number is call.

You can try a Phantom Extension.
Make a Phantom Extension, forward that extension to an outside line and point the DID to that extension.

How do you create a Phantom extension? Are you referring to a single line port?

I figure it out. I have an older Inter-tel system (6.2), so a single line port is used as phantom extension
