Hello, I have a question on how ESI handles call forwarding by default. (or at least ours) So if a use at ext. 1111 uses her phone to set call fwding to ext 2222 it forwards the call like it should, however the problem is that if no body picks up the call at the forwarded ext. then voice mail picks up back at the original ext (1111). If I go into system programmer and set the call forwarding manually then it works the way we want it to: cfwd 1111 to 2222, no one picks up at 2222 then vm from 2222 answers.
I want to know if there is a way we can set this as the default way the phone system handles call forwarding. Thanks have a rockin Friday!

I see no where in the user's guide that allows the user to disable call back to VM. If you hard program it, then the call will follow the phone that the call is forwarded to that phone's voice mail.
