I have a user who uses her normal station while in the office, and an IP phone when she works from home. She simply forwards calls to her normal extension to the IP phone extension when she is out of the office. Right now if she does not answer the IP phone, it goes to the operator because there is no VM box setup for that extension. I can create a seperate box for it, but I would prefer to forward to the users current VM box rather than have her check two boxes. is there an easy way to setup a system forward to her VM box when she does not answer the IP phone?
Thanks

create a system fowarding path that transfers to the ip phone than the voice mail and assign it to the digital phone. when she leaves put phone on dnd the phone should transfer to ip phone and than back to the mailbox of the digital phone.

We have the same set up. Our user wanted the voice mail messages to go to her office phone all the time so she too, did not have to check two voice mailboxes. We created a Forwarding Path that went to a Call Routing Announcement. We then removed the day and night greeting from the CRA and put the voice mailbox of her office phone as the Hang Up destination. This has worked great. But be sure when you assign the Forwarding Path on the Station, double click on the Forwarding Path before exiting and check that the FWD CALL TYPE - IC CALLS is set to YES or this will not work.
