One of our customers has a 824 DR5, two extensions 221 and 222 each have 2 CAPS, the CAPS on extension 221 will default every couple weeks. I have replaced both CAPS and their power supply and they are still defaulting a couple of weeks.
Could this be a port issue or software issue?
We get old too soon, smart too late

Sounds like the capacitors in the CAPs are too old.
