We had an extended power outage for some power company equipment upgrades.
We shutdown the system manually prior to power outage.
Once back online we are getting a "call abandoned" on an outbound call, and the call drops on or gets a "call cannot be completed as dialed" message.
I have reset the PRI Card I have rebooted the CIX670 I have rebooted the telco switch equipment They have checked it and say its a phone system issue.
Any ideas?

Many times a telco provider will shut down a span when they see too many errors. I'd call my PRI provider and ask them to restart the circuit.

Put a loop back plug on your side and make sure your equipment goes into a good clean state. Then go back to the provider and let them know that you have looped back your equipment and all is good on your side. Tell them that if they were sending you the correct PRI info everything should work as before the power outage. Did you check the smart jack or adtran they provided for power?

I got it up, it was the Service Provider, Seems Helpifican was right, had to be escalated to a Level 2 tech to get the right thing checked.
Thanks!
