can someone please walk me through converting 2 phones that are set up as ACD agents to a UCD system. I need both phones to ring at the same time when calls come in. Any info you would have would be appreciated. thanks-Jennifer

Place both extensions in an extension list. Place the list as a member of the hunt group. Change the hunt flag for the hunt group as ACD to no. Make sure the search type of the hunt group is linear or distributed. If the extension list is the only member, you can use either type. If you use longest idle or balanced call count, it will only ring one phone.
