I have a site that the system is changing to day mode after midnight. When they get in in the morning before 8am, the system is already in day mode.

507 is :

day 8am -5pm RP1
Night 1700- 8am RP2
Thanks
Chaz

As long as I can remember Samsung has always said to use RP1 for night and RP2 for day and set your times as follows-

RP1 - 00:00 - 23:59
RP2 - 08:00 - 17:00

The way it was taught me was the RP1 is the "base layer" for the night-time service (the default) 0000 - 2359

Then put RP2 on top and RP3 on top of that...

E.g. you might have a service desk on duty from 0700 - 1800 so that would be RP2, then the office phones from 0830 - 1659...
