We have an Axxess 9.x. Is there any way to play a variable audiotex recording to state the current wait/hold time? I know there are a lot of considerates, # of reps answering, average length of call, etc. Is there an add-on that may do this? Of course we would need to add more VM ports...

If you mean approximate wait time while waiting in a hunt group, that feature is built in to the voicemail. Go to the particular hunt group, double-click on the Announcement and/or Overflow destinations, Day Greeting and add the Time to Wait greeting.

As a note you need to specify in the HG, the avg time per call. It uses this variable to calculate estimated hold time. Unfortunately it will not track that automatically. You must specify that time variable.
