Axxess on DB/Inter-Tel v 10 I have a hunt group - 2002 set up as an ACD, Search Type Balance Call Count 5 members - 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019
I can get the hunt group to roll through all 5 extensions in sequence fine. But if 2015 is still on the phone when it becomes her turn again, the call goes into a queue and all the members flash '1 call waiting' instead of ringing the next phone in the members list.
How do I fix this? Thanks in advance.
