My question is:
I have a system that at night the auto attendant answer, once the caller hang up the system is keeping the line open. If another call comes in it does the same for the second line. Any help please.

Sounds like your carrier is not providing a disconnect signal. A lot of carriers refer to this as "Cutoff-On-Disconnect".

The SBX has a feature called Disa/Retry attempts and it defaults to three, which means it will play the greeting three times even if the caller hangs up. This will tie up the line for a very long time and may not let it go. Set the counter to 0 and it plays only once, then the call follows the error/timeout destination in the ccr which I set to tone.
System Attributes I, pgm 160.
