Customer is running a MiVoice Office 250 (Mitel 5000) V6.0 and we are having problems with multiple PKM's.
They are currently connected to digital 8568 sets. The customer complains that they have to re-boot them constantly and some times they do not come back at all. We've replaced the units themselves, the phones, and the power supplies but the problem persists.
Anyone ever seen anything similar? I'm at a loss.
Thanks

We have constant problems with PKM-12s on 8528 and 8568 phones, to the point that I stopped buying them. No issues with PKM-48s.

Thank you so much. That is exactly what they have too, the PKM-12. I was going to swap their phone out with an 8560 and DSS just to see if the problem recurs but swapping out the PKM-12 to a 48 seems to be the right answer. Thanks again!
