SamsungCat Member Joined: Nov 2012 Posts: 49 Likes: 1 S.E. England	Anyone using windows 7 on their laptop? I think it's following a windows update, but I can't access COS contents (4.7.2) using OSDM. Another of our engineers had the same thing last week. I've tried different versions of OSDM, and different databases, no luck. Has anyone else found this? Found out that it's the latest Java update that's done it. Old versions are OK. Last edited by SamsungCat; 11/19/15 08:59 AM.

nameless Moderator-Samsung Joined: Jun 2006 Posts: 3,004 Likes: 4 Brisbane, Australia	Randomly the OS7030 suffers from corruption rendering it non-bootable. 1 of the package file becomes corrupted. There is a recovery procedure (basically a offline software upgrade) which makes the system bootable again. The new 4.93 software is supposed to fix that. It uses the same package file format as the OS7070 I'm told.
