Greetings, I have approximately 25 users in offices with SMTi 5220s sets complaining about clipping on speakerphone I'm told by the guy who quoted the job he originally quoted 5230's for the offices but the client wanted the extra buttons so he sold them all 5220's. They are at 4.80 the sets are v2.40. Samsung tech support said an upgrade to v2.62 and 4.92 won't help. Their suggestion was to play with the settings for ITP in 805. Thoughts, suggestions? TIA,

You could try adjusting the gain.
The 5230 is a full duplex speaker phone.
You get the same number of buttons on both handset types, but less physical buttons

We've just got new software (2.65) for the 5220s that's supposed to improve speech quality on handsfree.

Thanks, I guess we'll just have to wait until you guys test it out. We still only have V2.62 available, I just looked. Thanks again for the heads up.
