Sorry for my ignorance I am an avaya man.
We have a new 7200 with a svmi20-e.
The 7200 is configured.
We on my need one VM Subscriber which is a general mailbox for incoming calls when on night mode. We have configured this to no 504.
The problem we have is two fold:
1. When incoming calls route to 504 whether or not the system is on night mode they go to voicemail. We want day mode to forward to group 502.
2. When 0/500 is dialled it rings once on ext 201 and goes to voicemail (both day and night). We don't want it to go to Vm at any time. We always want 0 or 500 to go to ext 201.
Any advice would be great.
Thanks
