I have the Axxess IP phone, and when outside calls come in it won't go to VM unless you manually route it there. I tried putting it on DND but that only prevents IC calls. I don't have a manual. What now?

The endpoint either does not have a system forwarding path to voicemail configured, it is misconfigured or they have turned off system forwarding; default feature code is 354 (toggle).

Standard Forwarding Paths don't work for both CO and IC calls. You must change the flag in the forwarding path if you want the same functions for both.
