The only way to factory reset the IPedge is to do an ISO recovery to re-image the HDD.
You will need the license code handy so you can reactivate the system after the HDD is reset.
The other thing you can do is use the Initial Setup Wizard and do load up a model database from Toshiba.
Why do you need to factory reset the system?
You can very quickly delete all the extensions, DID, SIP trunks etc etc
