Hello,

I have a Comdial DX-80 and have 3 lines hooked up to it. When we came in this morning lines 1 and 2 were not working and say "No Loop Current" when you try and access them. When I call lines 1 or 2 from an outside line they roll over and line 3 rings. I tried power cycling the phone system a couple of times but there has been no change. The LED is blinks ready steadily. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Jacob

You have lost the system ability to see dial tone on Line 1 and 2...hence the no loop current. Either the lines are bad, disconnected, or the CO port in the KSU has been blown. You'll need a test set to figure out which issue you have.
