Hi - new here. I have my TVA50 setup and running. I created a custom service menu so that when a caller presses 3 the system trasanfer out to my cell number. Right now when the caller presses 3, the system says please hold on and just plays the MOH and nothing happens.
Also, if a caller calls in on CO2 they don't get the same custom serivce message that they would get if they called in on CO1...have a feeling it has to do with the trunk settings but figured I would post it.

It might help those here more if we knew which PaBX (Manufactuer and Model) the TVA50 is connected too?
